These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Voxeli mobile application and related backend services (together, the "Service"), operated by Voxeli ("Voxeli", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Voxeli is an audiobook reader that converts books you upload or import into narrated audio, and lets you read along, track progress, bookmark, and sync your library across devices. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep it up to date. Notify us promptly at Qaisar.technation@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Voxeli offers optional paid subscriptions and one-time purchases, billed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Pricing, billing cycles, renewals, and cancellations are governed by that app store's terms and are managed in your app store account settings — Voxeli does not directly process or store your payment card details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or the applicable app store's refund policy.
The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, cloud hosting and text-to-speech providers) to operate features such as narration. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party providers outside our control, though we will make reasonable efforts to maintain a reliable experience.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding (excluding content you upload and public-domain works), is owned by Voxeli or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that narration or summaries generated by the Service will be error-free or that the Service will be uninterrupted or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxeli will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time — see our account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We may also modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Voxeli operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
